Yes, it’s been some time, but they’re back!
Over the next few weeks, I’ll be listing “new” vintage handbags to our etsy shop.
Our hand-picked purses are part of a collection of pinstriped clutches and bags we’ve sold over our eight year tenure online as Grease and Grace.

Coming Soon: How about this cute gray clutch, adorned with emerald and ivory pinstriping designs?
Our artist Dean (my dad) is the pinstriper. His wife (my stepmom) Cindy, finds these gems. You can read more about us and our process here. Dean has been pinstriping since the 1970’s and had commercial art training.

Also coming soon: Brown and white two-tone with maroon and gold pinstripes.
These and more will be listed in the coming weeks. The designs and shapes of these are so funky and unusual, and could really go from casual to evening out quite easily.
As always, if you’re interested in a handbag you see here before it’s listed online, feel free to contact us. Many of our purses never make it to the online shop because they get picked up beforehand.
Also, yes, Dean will do commissions. You can read more at our faq under the “Will you paint a purse I already own?” section. These are some of the most special orders, that have a lot of history & story behind them.

Just finished: A beautiful vermillion & white pinstripe on top of a milk chocolate colored handbag.
Already listed at our Etsy, and posted on our socials, is this stunning piece of handy -bag- work:
![Vintage pinstriped handbag, black with electric blue and ice blue designs.](https://a94cee.p3cdn1.secureserver.net/wp-content/uploads/2020/07/4-scaled.jpeg)
The black and gold hardware really make this piece stand out!
It’s a little bit reminiscent of a past design by Dean (although no two are ever identical). Don’t you just love that icy blue shimmer?
