Policies (Shipping & Returns)
PAYMENT
We accept Pay Pal, or Direct Checkout (Direct Checkout Through Etsy Only).
You do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal.
Payment must be made in full and have cleared before the item is shipped.
If you are having PayPal or checkout issues, please contact us through Etsy, or here through our contact form. We are happy to assist you.
Non payments and non responses to emails are considered fraudulent and will result in negative feedback and reports to Etsy or Paypal.
*Sales tax is collected for Pennsylvania residents.
SHIPPING
We are located in central Pennsylvania. Packages will be sent through USPS utilizing:
WITHIN THE USA:
•First Class Mail (Small items, Estimated delivery time is two to three days.)
•Priority Mail (Delivery within 2 to 3 days in most cases)
•Standard Post aka Parcel Select (2-9 days approx.) THIS IS DELIVERY METHOD OF CHOICE FOR MOST OF OUR ITEMS
We will give you a tracking number whenever possible.
*The shipping method is chosen based upon the size & weight of the item and what is the most cost effective to the consumer.
OUTSIDE THE USA:
•First Class International (Delivery time varies by destination, wait times depending on your location can be quite lengthy from USA. Please allow patience for international orders.)
♦♦ Contact us for information on shipping multiple items together. Because of the wide range of sizes and weights, items are generally listed with individual shipping rates. Tell us which items you are interested in and we’ll give you a cost to ship them together.
If you have not received your item, CONTACT US FIRST before opening a case with Etsy or Paypal.
***Please let us know if you need expedited shipping, although there will be a higher charge for this we can accommodate only if you convo BEFORE you purchase.
PACKAGING
We re-use shipping boxes and packing materials to help Mother Earth. We will never use any packing materials that would compromise the product(s) within. See our reviews sections, we pride ourselves on fine packaging!

Just contact us within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back to us within: 30 days of delivery
We don’t accept cancellations
But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
